Mcfarlane Toys MLB Mascots

Had the awesome pleasure sculpting, painting, and factory document the first wave of MLB mascots. Used ZBrush and 3ds Max to sculpt and paint most of the mascots. Used Illustrator and Photoshop to create the vector graphics to paint on the 3d sculpt and for final production. Used power point for presentation to the factor with the notes of PMS color and call outs to help create the final product. In this project I learned the process of PVC mold making and Roto casting toys. Poses were designed to work with mold process and avoid undercuts. We pushed to make each figure cost effective and mainly 4 parts at the most to assemble.
